Ravinder "Nikhil"
Chief Operating Office (CEO)
Nikhil serves as a CEO of GlobalWorldTech. His role is to look after day to day management of the office, employees, and projects. In this capacity he ensures that client satisfaction is achieved using industry standard processes and methods. Nikhil has over seven years of experience in the IT industry, working predominantly with overseas clients.

Prior to GWT, Nikhil was Managing Director of a 100% subsidiary of a US company called Flycode Pvt. Ltd., whose business was development of peer to peer software for image and file sharing. He managed a team of over 20 developers.

Nikhil started his career as a developer and systems administrator specializing in Linux and Windows OS. He worked at OCI, Pune and was responsible for maintaining over 100 computers on a Windows and Linux network as well as the servers which were located in San Jose, California

Satinder Singh
Project Manager
Satinder has been responsible for the company's primary business, the development of software and web applications involving complex database components. He is also responsible for routine communication with clients and technical advisors. Having over seven years experience managing various software teams, his responsibility at GWT includes overseeing software development as well as day-to-day management of the employees

Before GWT, Satinder was Chief Financial Officer of Flycode Pvt. Ltd, whose business was development of peer to peer software for image and file sharing. In addition to making financial decisions, he assisted US counterparts with their company policies related to commerce with India. He also continued his interest in technology by learning PHP and by developing intranet applications which tracked project status and problem resolution among various company departments.

Prior to Flycode, Satinder was a Senior Developer at CIS Infotech Computer Software and Systems Pvt. Ltd

Kulwant Panesar
Business Development Manager
Kulwant is responsible for overall marketing of all company services and establishing the client base for GWT throughout Europe and the USA. His duties include developing new markets and lines of business as well as creating high-impact marketing programs.

In his previous position with Global Education Tree (GET) he was Business Development Manager and successfully launched the brand by developing new business partners and franchisees throughout India. This organization provides training in IBM AS400 and IBM mainframe servers. Kulwant was responsible for planning and achieving overall business growth to build maximum revenue for GET.

Nishta (Shirley) DeLewis
Director of Quality Assurance and Marketing
Part of our India office, Nishta ensures the quality of the software projects delivered by GWT. Her role includes editing website content to ensure easily understood "American" English.

Her 12+ years experience includes more than six years where she served as Senior Management Consultant and Director, Northwest QA & Test with Fujitsu Consulting, Seattle, Washington, US. At Fujitsu (formerly DMR Consulting) she worked with clients such as ATT, Boeing and Microsoft. She also worked in the sales and marketing department; this included discovery of what was needed for a given project ensuring time and budget was spent on what was actually needed.

Nishta is a Certified Quality Analyst (CQA) and a Certified Software Test Engineer and is the founder and past chair of the Seattle Area Software Quality Assurance Group in the U.S. (www.SASQAG.org).

Mitra
Senior Technical Advisor
President, Mitra Internet Consulting, US. He has over twenty-one years of communications experience, 15 of those in interactive systems, 10 in the Internet. Mitra has extensive in-depth knowledge of the internet, from protocols through applications to business models. His organization built AOL's first gateway.
